Room had ants crawling around, when we walked into the room it smelled horrible and there was stains and ripped carpet.

Poor service and accommodations At 9:30 p.m. on the night of my stay I was informed 2 of the 4 rooms I had reserved were not available. I was in San Diego for my sister's funeral. One of the rooms was for my 88 year old mother. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. I have never had anything like this happen with Best Western.

Where to start...the kid behind the counter was ingenuinely friendly. He was purposely over-the-top, using a fake voice, mockingly friendly...I thought I was being "Punk'd" he sounded so fake. Then he gave me room keys and charged me to park!!! I don't know why, it's not a garage or even patrolled. So we hauled all of our stuff from super FAR parking to the room, only to find it missing one crucial element, the sofabed! Offensive Stay America Room had an unpleasant odor, but seemed clean until i went to take a shower. That's when I noticed a pair of women's panties hanging for the shower curtain rod.

Ants, they almost carried our luggage away! No ice machine, no dishes for the kitchenette. The help was diplorible. Why would you let me stay there? Two big barking dogs in the room next door! I’m mad as hell!

Very poor for the price paid (170$+15$ per night) 1. Smelly Hotel 2. Whats provided is Not actually “Breakfast” 3. Poor Facilities for the price (170 per night) 4. I have booked it with Kitchen, but their were no utensils (given when asked, smelly ones) no dishwasher 5. Why do we have to pay parking? Where are we supposed to park

This was a good place to stay, loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave as well as a hot pad and sink. The only downside was that the check in was pushed back, but it was a holiday weekend. Still, that was a little disappointing.

the room is not clean, the sink is full of ants, also the sofa bed is dirty
