Very unprofessional and disappointing My stay was not good at all. It all started with check-in: Twice I was given a room that was not cleaned or ready. The person checking me in was seemingly not having a good day. Hotels.com said this stay included breakfast, but the front desk stated granola bars, coffee & juice (how’s that breakfast?). They charged me for parking in a lot that was mostly empty, not gated, and this was not on the Hotels.com web site. Horrible customer service overall. The help desk instructed me that in order for me to get new towels, I needed to bring my dirty towels to the office while it was raining at that time in order for me to receive clean ones. They did not clean my room or even have the decency to empty out the trash in my room. I had to empty it out myself and leave my trash in front of my door.

No room available when I got there even with reservation. I had to look for another hotel. Hotel recepcionist said it was Expedia’s fault

No more Extended Stay for me An hour after checking in our toilet got backed up. We had to change rooms in the pouring rain to a room farther from our car. A dog in another room barked consistently all night. The next morning I found out they allow dogs in all their rooms....that explained my constant sneezing and sudden need for an antihistamine. The bed was horribly hard and the top comforter was stained. On a plus, the location is great and the staff were friendly.

I have reserved a non-smoking room, but at the time of check-in, I was told there are no non-smoking rooms. And only option I have was smoking room. There was plenty of parking slots available at the hotel site, but their where literally selling the parking lots for not a consistent price. I was asked for $15 for a night for parking. In the other counter other guys was telling a customer $5, which is not consistent. Lady receptionist are worse, the way they are treating the customers here. More over breakfast was pathetic. I regret our stay here. Bad smoke odor The main reason for the bad review is because we requested a non smoking room - and our room clearly smelled like smoke. we never requested a change of room because we were out and about a lot & also because its kind of a hassle - we shouldn't have to re-request something we originally requested.
