check in/out staff very friendly i was only there one day but when i got to my room i smelled like cigaret smoke, and that afternoon the police raided the flood beneath mine from prostitution also the Wifi is terrible.

Real review.. Reserved a non smoking room when I arrived the only room that was available was a smoking room that was horrible! Dirty, and smelled like weed the carpet was black how dirty it was, It seemed like a motel than a hotel. I was not offer a room at a different location they told me this was the only room left and there’s nothing that they can do. They didn’t even offer our money back nothing. I requested a refund for the 3 nights I booked and had to find a real Hotel on my own late at night

Gross Booked this hotel simply for the location. Planned on arriving late, going to bed, waking up and checking out. Arrived late on Christmas night and this hotel looked like a motel with an hourly rate. The room looked rundown and no visible spots of soil but generally gray and rundown. The heater made the whole room smell like smoke. Which matched the bedding smell along with the smell of sweat.
