I wasn’t expecting it to be surrounded by commercial businesses because in my mind Fashion Valley means there are a lot of shops/malls not commercial businesses and trucks all parking around. The place was very old and dirty. Dirty in the sense there are mold build up in the shower. Luckily I had flip flops so I didn’t walk around barefooted nor did I shower without them.

Bad service. Nothing worked. Bathroom door didn’t shut. When staying with friends, it wasn’t the privacy I wanted. I attempted to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I tried calling on my cell and kept getting told to press ext 4 to talk to front desk (which I was) then they got agrevated with me. So I walked to the front desk and they lady was super rude. Carpet is stained all over. My sons feet turned black from walking barefoot on the carpet. There is dry rot and mold all over the bathroom. There are ants all over the bathroom. This place is just nasty. I mean worse than any motel 6 I’ve ever seen. Not even sure how they can still be in business. I’ve always been someone who doesn’t always trust reviews and want to see for myself, but that was a huge mistake. I should have trusted the reviews. Ylime We wait long waiting in the lobby to check in. No one is available.We also pay for the parking which it doesn’t say when we book the hotel & expensive $15 dollars for 1 night. It also say free breakfast which the reasoned we book it the hotel than the other hotel. It’s not a real breakfast just a small muffin & coffee. The good thing of this hotel is the room is clean & big , it has a complete kitchen & the BR is clean. No smell

Filthy!!! If you value yourself as a human being DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!! Filthy with dog feces and cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. The room I stayed in had dried dog feces and human hair on the floor that I didn't see until the next day. I checked in really late at night, in town for a graduation. The hotel was full, unbelievably, and I had no other choice because of the holiday weekend. Luckily, it was for only one night.
