Unexpected fees & missing amenities We were charged $15/day for parking - nothing in the details mentioned this, but what was mentioned was having dishes available which were non-existent. Very disappointed!!!

It looked like they let transients live on the property and the room smelled of formaldehyde. I left 90 minutes after I checked in. That includes my venture out after check in for dinner at a near by hotel.

This would be my 5th time staying at the Extended Stay in different cities and I will never stay at another one. Staying at this facility in San Diego was the worse of the worse. Our room wasn't very clean! The side of the refrigerator was disgusting to have to look at, (you would think they would paint it or something) the knob to turn on the lamp next to left side of the bed broke off, the plumbing in the bathroom sink took a long time to drain out. The price we received was a great deal for a night, with free parking since we are military members. When we walked into the room we immediately smelled weed, most likely from the last
no water, now internet connection not clean, smoking around the hotel

Not worth staying After an amazing long wait and them checking in 4 people that came in after us. I asked why. They said “your waiting for a room with 2beds”. I said we can stay in any available room. They then checked us in,we get to our room, it has 2 beds..Really?? Why were we waiting?? Then our room key didn’t work at 2am. The hotel was dirty and smelled of mold. We won’t be back.

I’ll never stay there again We were told we couldn’t get an early check in, even though they didn’t look up what type of room we had. So we weren’t able to check in until 10 pm, after our event. And our room wasn’t even ready. Then they tried to charge us almost 100$ more than we were supposed to pay. And they tried to charge us to park our vehicle. Got home the next day and they charged my card without my authorization and said it was because I didn’t pay my whole balance so I had to once again tell them that was incorrect.... read more
