No amenities and rooms very dated and smelly. Poor maintenance and not worth the money.

Rude employee, dirty hotel grounds, dirty room, smoke-filled stink (I asked for a smoke-free room!!!!), no remote for the tv, the television image had no colors, and I felt sick due to the feeling of bugs on the bed.

Stay somewhere else Well for check it took over 20 minutes of repeating calling the front desk from the locked front door to finally have someone answer it saying they were just getting out of the bathroom while they had a dinner in hand. To tell me they were leaving. Also their shirt was covered in what appeared to be chocolate. Room was super out dated and bed not comfortable at all. Will not be returning

It is not what it said and looks in the pictures They want to charge you for parking even it said free No breakfast at all Phone inside did not work,so could not ask for anything Some motel 7 are even better than this The kitchen is just for looks of it, no dishes or soap or anything Need coffee maker ask for it All together for the money that you pay you don’t get anything

Very unprofessional and disappointing My stay was not good at all. It all started with check-in: Twice I was given a room that was not cleaned or ready. The person checking me in was seemingly not having a good day. Hotels.com said this stay included breakfast, but the front desk stated granola bars, coffee & juice (how’s that breakfast?). They charged me for parking in a lot that was mostly empty, not gated, and this was not on the Hotels.com web site. Horrible customer service overall. The help desk instructed me that in order for me to get new towels, I needed to bring my dirty towels to the office while it was raining at that time in order for me to receive clean ones. They did not clean my room or even have the decency to empty out the trash in my room. I had to empty it out myself and leave my trash in front of my door.
