Expedia and Hotel did not communicate with me that there is no room available even though I already paid it and confirmed by Expedia on my email address. We did not stay in this Extended Stay Hotel. Our plan for the weekend is ruined.

Not good,aircon not getting cold, room smells, and not clean

Gross and super dirty! Would not stay here again. I don’t even think they have house keeping at all. I never saw any housekeepers or their carts during my time here. Place was super dirty! I stayed here because it was dog friendly. Typical dog friendly hotels smell like shampooed carpet because they always cleaning it, this place had stains and food crumbs all over my floor. They didn’t even replace the shampoo from the last stay as it was almost empty when I looked at it. The front desk guy needs a lot of training as well. ... read more

dirty, not clean. broken stuff. no shower head on shower, food left in fridge, missing smoke detector

Dirty and disappointing room - nice that it had a fridge but that was about it. Stains everywhere and just an old gross room.

Mold everywhere! Don’t stay here. But the workers are super nice and friendly

1 Night Stay Arrived at 1pm was not able to check in because no rooms were available. I was told to return at 3pm by the manager. Understandable. Manager said, he did not want to help us with a pre-check in because we might get charged twice at 3pm. Manager said he was off at 3pm and if anything were to get messsd up he would not be there to fix it. Room was not clean and there was little water leakage in bathroom. They charge extra for parking which should be mentioned at the time of booking
