No one will clean at this place. Lazy inefficient staff. The sheets kept popping off the end of the bed.This place sucks. You must BEG for towels and to have your room cleaned they want to charge extra. Stay away !!!!

Never again Checking in was horrific. The representative they had was unprofessional and rude, it took him about 20 minutes to check us in. The lobby had a foul smell.

Central location The hotel is near a couple of shopping malls and in a short distance from downtown. The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms outdated. They give you one bar of shop and .....ONE plastic cup to drink from. $160 per night is really bad considering what you get. On top of all this, the construction equipment on the next door property start working at 5:30 am when is San Diego there is a law that they can not do that before 7 am. The hotel management should "protect" their customers and do something about it.

Rude staff My staff called me at 2am because she was giving them a hard time about checking in. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she said you know it's really late to be checking in. I told her they arrived late due to an unforeseen event and I explained to her I called the front desk at 9pm to let them know my staff would be getting here pretty late. She then started to give us a hard time about the company card as well.

Parking TRAP You will have to pay $15 to park on the property. Didn't not know that when booking. If this was some fancy hotel near a busy/ popular area (ie downtown) it would be almost understandable. But this place was in a business park. The rooms are average. Had some loud guests.

Aweful Room not cleaned before checkin. Dogs hair all around in the room and I am allergic to it. Over that, I was with a small baby. Pathetic room.
