Awful place to stay This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life I got ate up by bed bugs, the floor was nasty. The dust was so thick I was sneezing half the night when I asked to get another room I was told that there were no more rooms available. I was charged full price $233 for those 2 nights in that nasty room. I travel frequently for my job and I have never stayed in a hotel like this. I will never ever stay here again. Worst Extended Stay First, there was no heads up about a $15 per night parking fee. Perpetually unprofessional staff, loud, rude, threatened my husband. Disgusting room; unswept/sticky surfaces, things rusting, degrading/falling apart, non-functioning parts, and the bed itself is like a melted chocolate bar someone pressed their thumb in the middle of, just incredibly indented, soft and ultimately painful to sleep on. The room had a very bad smell, like a musty locker room. Unfortunately I could not get s room change. Used a bottle of Extra Strength Febreeze. Did not sleep much, I could hear the people walking around in the room the upstairs till at least 3:30am.

Probably one of the worst hospitality and service experiences I have ever had. The front desk staff was extremely distracted and insincere and seemed very "out of it" so not sure what he was on!!
