Not very welcoming., its wasnt a nice experience for us from the date we checked-in. Then later the room wasnt clean as a new room, Parking fee was additional which its not not mentioned while booking, facility was under construction so very noisy early in the mornings. overall its not worth staying in extended stay.

Hotel péssimo ! Não tinha secador de cabelo e fronha no travesseiro

Dirty with no house keeping Dirty with no room service.

Filthy, gross hotel. I travel to San Diego often for weekend getaways. This is by far the worse hotel I have ever seen. It was so dirty and gross, I didn't want to touch anything. At first they put us in a room in the back of the property facing a dark undeveloped lot, which made my wife feel unsafe. The room had the smoke detector removed. The hair dryer was missing off the wall. The tub was not just dripping but constantly running. The carpet was so stain and gross I tried to cancel my reservation. Very disappointing.. Rooms are not clean and carpets are dusty!

Expedia and Hotel did not communicate with me that there is no room available even though I already paid it and confirmed by Expedia on my email address. We did not stay in this Extended Stay Hotel. Our plan for the weekend is ruined.

Not good,aircon not getting cold, room smells, and not clean

Gross and super dirty! Would not stay here again. I don’t even think they have house keeping at all. I never saw any housekeepers or their carts during my time here. Place was super dirty! I stayed here because it was dog friendly. Typical dog friendly hotels smell like shampooed carpet because they always cleaning it, this place had stains and food crumbs all over my floor. They didn’t even replace the shampoo from the last stay as it was almost empty when I looked at it. The front desk guy needs a lot of training as well. ... read more
