Yuck I was forced to reserve a smoking room and knew it would not be pleasant, but it actually smelled like an ashtray. So gross. I had to keep the door propped open. Shower curtain was moldy. Bath towels are paper thin and tiny. My in-room hair dryer did not work - in fact, the plug was coming apart and felt like a major electrical hazard. I didn't expect much, but the room was way overpriced for its condition and the hotel amenities. I do not suggest to any of my friend this hotel. It does not deserve its price.

Not a clean place Room smelled like cigarettes. Faucet and shower were leaking. The beds were dirty and the rest of the room was dusty. Old and ran down.

Get rid of the Mold in the bathroom The room smelled like smoke and I am not a smoker, and the bathroom smells and has mold. The room gave me a headache and kept me up most of the night

way overpriced room located facing embankment...I felt somewhat unsafe. bed was uncomfortable, tv not working.

Disappointing While the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when I was able to get actually get a hold of them, the room has pretty darn small for an extended stay room. Door handle to the room was broken.

Rude staff Large trash can outside our room overfilled with ants Requested a room for 3 and second bed had no bedding

This hotel was a bad idea.. Room was disgusting, carpet dirty, hair all over the bathroom, shower didn't work and wasn't so much broken as it was made not to work and the room had an extremely stale and old smell, cancelled my subsequent reservations at other extended stays for the rest of the week in other areas due to the example of this one

Save your money and stay someplace else. This hotel was awful. My room was clean when I arrived but i was very unhappy that the hotel did not have a rollaway crib and that they didn't even offer them which I had planned on having for my baby to sleep in. I was also told I had to take out my own trash and that housekeeping would only come on their designated day which was after our stay was over.
