Welcomed by a roach!! So misleading!! As I was at the front desk, checking in I noticed a sign that said parking fee $15. What?!! The website said free parking!! Come to find out.. yes free parking on the streets!! Not to mention free breakfast gets you a muffin & coffee!! That's not brekfast in my opinion. So I go into my room, and the first thing that I see is a roach!! GROSS!!!! I kill it immeidately!! This was a terrible hotel. It was poorly cleaned and the carpets are stained. They didn’t have Kleenex or toilet tissue in the bathroom.

Worst room EVER My kids and I got in after a 5 hr flight around midnight (3am to us,) luckily this was only a one night stay. Non smoking room reeked of smoke, bathroom smelled like pot, dirtiest carpets I’ve ever seen. Being so late and not knowing the area we didn’t have much of a choice but to stick it out and left as soon as we could in the morning. One of the WORST hotel rooms!!! Literally one of the WORST hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s unbelievable how filthy and unkept this place is for the price. I’ve stayed at a couple other Extended Stays, and have been pleased, but this was very disappointing. The hotel felt very unsafe due to the many unsavory characters they had staying there. Many of which looked like they were long time guests, residents at this point I’m sure.

Dirty This hotel isn’t what I expected the pictures look nice and clean and when I walked into my room the beds were on the other side of the room there were crumbs on there no sheets. Dirty table tops food crumbs on stove, smelled horrible flies all over the kitchen and hair all over the toilet and bathroom. Overall disgusting. Never go here !

wow tgis place had filty rooms i comolained and he moved me too another room and that was worst its like tgey dont clean inside the rooms the outside looks cery nice but nasty inside sorry to say it vut they need to be the ones sorry for tbis

Strange front desk worker The guy at the front desk got there when we got there, he took my ID and my Card without confirming anything with me. He didn’t say one word at all. He guaranteed a full refund which I did not receive until I called Expedia
