way overpriced room located facing embankment...I felt somewhat unsafe. bed was uncomfortable, tv not working.

Disappointing While the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when I was able to get actually get a hold of them, the room has pretty darn small for an extended stay room. Door handle to the room was broken.

This hotel was a bad idea.. Room was disgusting, carpet dirty, hair all over the bathroom, shower didn't work and wasn't so much broken as it was made not to work and the room had an extremely stale and old smell, cancelled my subsequent reservations at other extended stays for the rest of the week in other areas due to the example of this one

Save your money and stay someplace else. This hotel was awful. My room was clean when I arrived but i was very unhappy that the hotel did not have a rollaway crib and that they didn't even offer them which I had planned on having for my baby to sleep in. I was also told I had to take out my own trash and that housekeeping would only come on their designated day which was after our stay was over. Service was very poor ,one stove was not working and sink had plumbing issues...and the closest organizer broke and never got fixed till the day before we checked out...

Horrible Hotel Need New Beds My overall experience at your hotel was awful. This hotel was like a motel 6 maybe even worst. The beds was very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the bed on your back when you sleep. One of my beds made a lot of noise when I moved. If my hotel wasn't already paid for and if I could get a refund I would of. Another thing was there was not housing keeping ? I have never heard that about a Hotel.
