Cheap servise The front desk staff is lazy at the lowest level. The internet in the room was almost nonexistent. There were few guests staying, but our request for a higher floor was not heard. I've stayed here a few times but this was by far the worst experience.

A no go The 1st room had baby roaches in the kitchen area. The rooms were dirty. I didn't realize families live there. They may have carried them in with them. I don't know but I wont recommend it for a night's stay.

Dirty facility leaking refrigerator

Curtains were torn in several places and hanging crooked off of the rail. The bathroom had hair on the walls, sink/counter and on the walls of the bathrub/shower. There was only 1 large towel for a room with 2 twin beds. The coffee maker i recieved from the front desk was filthy, had old coffee in it with the old filter that was dried, crusty and had specks of white fuzzy mood growing in it. They did not have shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. When I asked the front desk about it, they gave me only shampoo. They did not have conditioner or body lotion. The listing said, 'Grab N Go' breakfast. When I asked about it, they said, it is only muffins and they did not have that in stock either. It was just coffee until 10 am. There was some trash in the hallway, The area is safe though. Close to MacDonalds, Starbucks and other eateries. I will not stay here again.

Don’t bring family here Let’s just say I didn’t stay. The pictures are very inaccurate and deceiving. I should’ve known better when I saw people drinking outside, smoking weed and fixing their cars. I waited almost 10 mins for the front person, first impression the entrance was filthy. I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Went on the elevator (mind you it moves when walking in) and the halls were all stained, the door across from my room didn’t close all the way. The rooms look nice,but once it got around 1 am I saw roaches in the bathroom and they were going back and forth between the bathroom and kitchen on the floor and counters. I should of took pictures but I don’t do bugs plus when I said something to the front desk they knew they have a roach problem. thankfully I was able to speak to the manager and he was able to reimburse me. The amount people pay for these rooms this hotel should definitely be fumigated.
