The elevator wasn't working so I had carry my bags up to the second floor. There were no bath towels. The maid only had wash cloths and hand towels. I didn't get much sleep because of the noise coming from another room. It felt unsafe.

Elevator broken. Dirty. Staff was horrible. Drunk teens in the parking lot at 2 am causing problems jumping on moving cars. Teens woke up a lot of guests. Police dealt with teens for an hour. No hotel staff was there.

Smelt like fish, hallway carpets not vacuumed, due to rains Housing Authority place homeless individuals there. I was forced on a third floor elevator didn't work.. three flights. I have a hip injury.. much pain today! Woke up baby cockroaches in bathroom. No not happy!

Couldnt even keys to the room. Credit card system would not work. Sleeping in a room that i have not been able to check into and i do not have keys for.

They had issue with giving keys to the room due to an outage, so the clerk had to let you into your room each time you left

The front desk said the card machine was broken and they had to escort me to my door to let me in. I’ve never had that happen to me at a hotel. I thought that was very inconvenient. I couldn’t leave without putting a lock open. That’s unprofessional and not right. I already paid my money, otherwise I would’ve went somewhere else for that reason. Hotel kind of old, needs updates. But affordable.
