It was a worst experience, one blanket with blood from other person. Trash under the bed, floor dirty and mold in the bathtub.

The place bad , dirty , under the bed there was trash , can sodas and others stuff , they dont clean under the beds ...the elevator was not working, the night shift front desk was rude ....it was a bad expirence overall...

Staff was nice but the it’s not clean at all

Tried to check in late. I was told they couldn’t do it because it was too late at 1 am. I understand it’s late but I do have a reservation and I’m speaking to a human but they couldn’t do it because the corporate computer was down. Not sure why they can’t hold a reservation and issue a key. I’m here, they are here but they can’t complete the reservation?
