Did not like, very bad customer service elevator broken never again

Property needs to be updated. The water pressure was poor and everything felt stale. The elevator was broken. The a/c did work well and property was in convenient location.

Room was not so clean n it was very old. Lift was not working

By far the dirties smelly room I’ve ever rented the place is so outdated Carpet stains Carpet burns Smelly so old No ice Elevator broke Breakfast was a JOKE ! Old bedding People live at this place with animals more then one … Disgusting over all place. Smells like marijuana the min you open the door for check in

After calling to confirm that the room would have coffee pot and cookware/plates/utensils utensils there was none. Reserved a room with a queen size bed but ended up with two full-size.

Not sure how this is a 3.7 rating, more like a 2. Breakfast is granola bars and a stale muffin, property is dirty and smells, beds worn, sheets scratchy, towels more like rags. FYI, all rooms allow pets.

Room was smelly & the floor was dirty. The bottom of my feet were black after walking around the room. A lot of smokers around the outside of the building and not just cigarettes so that was disappointing to smell. Not the greatest choice of places to stay but it was cheap and you get what you pay for so there you have it.
