The hotel looks nice from the outside and the front lobby is nice but the hotel smells really bad. This hotel has odors that run deep. Walking down the halls it smells like smoke and mold. Im amazed how the entire hotel smells so much like smoke. It’s just smells dirty. The room looked clean aside from the smells but the bathroom was overlooked. Never stay there. Never book through Expedia. Cheaper to book directly if you dare to stay there. The property too old and smell so bad and rooms are cleaned once a week. This was not mentioned on Expedia site!!

Overbooked so two of our crew members had to sleep together in a king nasty cat urine smelling room. Awful. Do not book here. GM supposed to call me Monday when he’s back to work… horrible experience, no roll away beds! Horrible experience.

The area felt safe. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The only elevator in the hotel was not working. The toilet was not clean. The carpet was heavily stained. The room smelled of onions.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel overall; it smelled really bad like cigarettes and there were human hairs on the bed sheets. Their elevator wasn't working, and it was a huge inconvenience.
