Tried to check in late. I was told they couldn’t do it because it was too late at 1 am. I understand it’s late but I do have a reservation and I’m speaking to a human but they couldn’t do it because the corporate computer was down. Not sure why they can’t hold a reservation and issue a key. I’m here, they are here but they can’t complete the reservation?

When we got there to check in they didn’t have the room we had requested (2 dibble beds) so we had to get 2 separate rooms for our family of 4. When we got to the first room, even though it says it’s a smoke free property, both rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms were very old and looked like they had water damage in the bathrooms. We will never stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again.

Wouldn't recommend it Stayed a couple night to take advantage of a kitchen area, but it wasn't stocked as listed online. Also, stovetop light burned out and very dirty. Went to ask for one and the girl at front desk didn't know where to find one. Awful fluorescent tube lighting on ceiling. Had to ask for wash cloths, no lotion, no extra pillows, dirty hallways, funky overall and uncomfortable.
