over all not a very good place to stay with lil ones. room was stuffy and humid even with air on. reserved a non-smoking room but yet smelled like weed very strong. Also we stayed 2 days they do not provide daily house keeping and additional needs would have to be requested at check-in desk.

You get what you pay for and I didn't mind that the hallways smelled a little funny since it's a place that welcomes pets you are bound to find funny smells sometimes, my room was clean, carpet had a big red stain in it, there is no maid service which is fine, if you need clean towels you have to go get them and that's fine too, I needed a hair dryer and had to go get it at the front desk and all of that was ok until found roaches in my last day there. This hotel should be out of business, the whole hotel stinks, weed, dirt, sweat etc at the same time. Our room was discussing, pubic hair on the bed, hair in the fridge, bugers in the wall omg. We complained about the condition of the room and the Manager gave us an other room and when we opened the door was a huge spider omg ... we spoke to Expedia an they help us to find an other hotel. Thank you Expedia.

I will need you to call me at 832 643 2703. You guys sent me an email to cancel my reservation at last minute and still charge me $208.

The property is underway slow upgrade, however, it needs a complete scrub down. Rooms smelled like a ton of smoke...

Old and outdated rooms Hotel lobby and rooms looked run down. Furnishings were minimal. Saving thing was it was close to amenities like restaurants and stores.

The walls appear to be very thin. My neighbors tv was on all night and I could hear him speaking on the phone. The noise was unbearable. I was unable to fully catch my sleep.
