Not happy 1-I was really disappointed on my staying. First when I got to the hotel, front desk couldn’t find my reservation at all. I was on the phone trying to cancelled my existing reservation with hotels.com and when I finally spoke with an agent they said they cancelled my reservation and turned out they never did. 2- elevator was not working at all 3- room was not as clean as it was supposed to. 4- bathroom sink was clogged 5- there were not wash towels and toiletries supply. The rooms, hallways and stairwells weren't the cleanest. The doors were consistently propped open allowing anyone to come in.

Fresh stains on the floor, bathroom and toilet were disgusting, and room smelled like mildew
