the AC was not working properly the door knob from the bates didn’t work neither they don’t have a pool no jacuzzi too pricey

the fact that you have to ask for the hair dryer front desk and no plastic bag for laundry not wanting me stay anymore

Extend Stay Late Checkin/Overcharge Fiasco. 1. Called in advance to keep reservation with an expected 1100pm-0300am driving in arrival, was told no problem. 2. Reservation was canceled upon arrival and erroneously charged 151.87 per room (2 rooms) for not showing up before 2 am or canceling the reservation. 3. Then they over charged my credit card for the original 3 night stay at 497$. 4. 2nd day,new guests were given keys to my rooms and attempted to open our doors. Unhappy customer I was not happy with this hotel. The hotel room smelled like mildew, there was no pots and pans, or anything in the kitchen to cook with. I had to call to have some brought up to me. No shampoo or soup. I used my own. The continental breakfast.... it was a joke. Cereal bars, coffee, tea and pre wrapped muffins. Never again will i stay at this hotel.

Bad service. The worst front desk customer service I have ever experienced. Phone non working in the room. If there would have been an emergency it could be terrible.
