The television did not work. They brought a send tv and still didn't work. They didn't offer to switch rooms. I was disappointed.

The room was nice but the staff and service was absolutely terrible. From check in to check out the front desk staff had no idea what they were doing, no answers for the customer service person from the app I used to book the room and every shift had different rules when it came to checking in, i was under the impression a deposit was only needed when paying at the property as stated when i booked the room but not the case when checking in and due to the inability for staff to answer basic questions to the customer service o... read more

Staff unfriendly!!! Breakfast was all pre packaged sugar filled items. That’s not breakfast. I was told it was just a coffe bar but they have it listed as breakfast..

Our sheets were disgusting and had stains on them. I seriously was creeped out. There was garbage from whoever stayed there before that was never cleaned out. I’m seriously disgusted. We booked a king and they gave us a queen. Complete waste of $100.

All good except morning manager.. Management in the morning was rude and not at all understanding. My car broke down and I was not able to get to bank as quickly as I would have like but still made it by 1 hr after check out and they refused to extend because of it even though I explained upfront where I was heading and what for.

When booking it said breakfast included but after it was a grab n go which only had granola bars and muffins. The staff was arguing discussing who was responsible for restocking the items and since it hardly had anything there. I was also expecting a hair dryer in the bathroom but no. Bare bones basic room and not a very friendly staff. It should really say grab and go breakfast at booking not after.
