All good except morning manager.. Management in the morning was rude and not at all understanding. My car broke down and I was not able to get to bank as quickly as I would have like but still made it by 1 hr after check out and they refused to extend because of it even though I explained upfront where I was heading and what for.

When booking it said breakfast included but after it was a grab n go which only had granola bars and muffins. The staff was arguing discussing who was responsible for restocking the items and since it hardly had anything there. I was also expecting a hair dryer in the bathroom but no. Bare bones basic room and not a very friendly staff. It should really say grab and go breakfast at booking not after.

I experienced all of the above,A hard bed, which they helped out with a blanket for padding second night, the people upstairs kept walking back and forth all night I was on first floor, then in one of the rooms next to me I heard a large dog barking,the people next to me were yelling at thier kids, kids yelling back,well back to the people upstairs,woke up at 5 am to, walking back and forth, good thing I had 1 earplug, so I go to the bathroom,water on the floor coming down the cieling, I went out told the front desk, hey wha... read more

The room was to small for my family and they would not give us a rollout bed

Management needs to address some issues. The front desk personnel and check in was amazing. The rooms can use some work. The shower head not only leaks, but it sprays water everywhere. Then the connection to the shower head was obviously addressed as you can see some thread repair. However, when you turn the shower on, it’s spraying water on to the floor from there. Although I suggest getting bigger room TVs , if not, you should at least elevate it more. You can’t see a full screen from the comfort of your bed. The back exit... read more

Not impressed... Elevator did not work, we were put on the 3rd floor... no coffee pot in the room, the one brought up did not work, Not impressed...
