Hotel is okay, near by places were to eat an also near freeways close to the beach i dont think i would spend the night here again our room smelled like cigarettes i did see that managment notify guests that the carpets were cleaned an it my be wet but we couldn't stand the cigarette smelled also When moving shower curtains a big SPIDER !

Rooms smelled of smoke. Everything was old. Late arrival meant I was stuck there for a night. Never again.

My room blankets had blood stains.. I when to the front desk to talk to a manager and there was just one person in charge of the whole hotel. He said somebody from Expedia should contact me .???

They say it has continental BF but they just give coffee and packed muffins.No room cleaning daily. Worst experience ever.

It smelled terribly the “ breakfast “ was granola bars watered down coffee and bagged oatmeal. There was no hot water

Poor satisfaction No blow dryer in room and.... service desk would not bring blow dryer to my room. Very unprofessional service. Could smell pot in corridor really strong. Will not stay here again.

Not happy from the start! The hotel was below the standards i have come to expect from Extended stay. I travel alot for leisure and since i brought my pet i decided to give this place a shot. Besides the location there was nothing to brag about. I had to have someone come in and make the bed after we had checked in after 4pm. The girl working the desk with curly hair needs a little more customer service training. Rooms very small, booked 2 rooms for 8 people and had to pay additional $60 for 2 rollaways because the beds are only full size, not queens! And during your stay you don’t receive any housekeeping service you have to go down to the front desk if you need anything, there’s no one to deliver anything to your room. Very disappointed in the rooms.

Smoke Free Room smelled of stale cigarettes We had a smoke free room. It had a horrible, overwhelming stale cigarette odor. Will never stay here again !!!!!
