Thanks but no thanks This hotel was a good deal price-wise, but that's about it. Checkin was problematic. Service so-so. Room outdated, old smoke smell, and dirty. Found a bug in my sheets and I was just done. I slept in the chair.

The room was decent but it smelled horrible. The side door wasn’t working. The elevator was also not working. I would have canceled but I was already here. I’d suggest looking at another place.

The elevator was broken we had to walk up and down to the third floor. Worst was they made no efforts to make any of it write with us or even ask if we wanted a different room on a lower floor.

TERRIBLE!! Cabinets are filthy... Walls are too thin... the guests above us were walking too hard back and forth for an hour at midnight and we can hear so loud from our room... to the right someone was tapping on walls 4 am... 5 am, someone having conversations and everything can be heard from my bed... then at 9 am, police knocking so loud on the hallway to another room... needless to say A VERY RESTLESS STAY.

The moment you walk into the hotel it smells like smoke, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. The bathroom door handle literally fell off. The window on the main floor didn't lock. Red Stains on the carpet. Breakfast wasn't a typical continental breakfast you get at hotel, its a shelf with coffee and old muffins

The ad Expedia post said hotel had a pool and freee breakfast for the site I chose but I was sent to Oceanside so it was not what o expected just like hotel I’m Cancun so I try another agency next trip

The staff was very rude.neighbors were very loud.

Elevator was not working had room on 3rd floor had to go downstairs to get new towels as room service did not bring towels to room
