I experienced all of the above,A hard bed, which they helped out with a blanket for padding second night, the people upstairs kept walking back and forth all night I was on first floor, then in one of the rooms next to me I heard a large dog barking,the people next to me were yelling at thier kids, kids yelling back,well back to the people upstairs,woke up at 5 am to, walking back and forth, good thing I had 1 earplug, so I go to the bathroom,water on the floor coming down the cieling, I went out told the front desk, hey wha... read more

The room was to small for my family and they would not give us a rollout bed

Management needs to address some issues. The front desk personnel and check in was amazing. The rooms can use some work. The shower head not only leaks, but it sprays water everywhere. Then the connection to the shower head was obviously addressed as you can see some thread repair. However, when you turn the shower on, it’s spraying water on to the floor from there. Not impressed... Elevator did not work, we were put on the 3rd floor... no coffee pot in the room, the one brought up did not work, Not impressed...

Thanks but no thanks This hotel was a good deal price-wise, but that's about it. Checkin was problematic. Service so-so. Room outdated, old smoke smell, and dirty. Found a bug in my sheets and I was just done. I slept in the chair.

The room was decent but it smelled horrible. The side door wasn’t working. The elevator was also not working. I would have canceled but I was already here. I’d suggest looking at another place.
