Disappointed Room service came at an additional cost, which was disappointing. Given the overall price, the experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this place for families traveling with children.

Dead bugs on floor and in sinks. Huge spider crawled out of pillow when I moved it to get into bed. Thankfully I was able to kill it but was antsy all night. Both toilets clogged and the sinks as well. I was glad we were only there for a night. Would never stay here again. It’s worth it the pay the extra $50/60 for a decent room elsewhere.

This property has a BIG BED BUG problem. We got bitten and they were not willing to do much. The front desk clerk informed us the manager was on vacation and he had no way to get hold of any one. He was not able to move us to another room either. Our two rooms was not the exception another customer also complained about the bed bugs while I was at the front desk. The trash from previous guest was still in the bathroom. They were out of coffee lid. but it was for at least two days at least. They do not have lobby to sit? I have to get hair dryer from the front desk. And the kitchen stuffs are not in the room and I have to get it from the front desk. It is horrible service.

For the price I paid. I was very disappointed. I've stayed here once before and it wasn't like this. The floor was wet like something was leaking when I took my shoes off my socks were soaked. We were visiting family in the area and when we got back to our room which was in the middle of the night, we tried to call housekeeping and our phone was not working so we had to walk out to find someone to help us. Breakfast was not what I expected it was just muffins and oatmeal. Don't think I will be staying here on my next visit.

I'm not sure if they are short-staffed but waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. A line formed. The room had one towel, one soap, no shampoo or conditioner or lotion or anything! I went to front desk for towels and he said they didn't have any clean towel! No ice machine and the “breakfast” was a disappointment, to say the least. Please stock rooms with soap and shampoo.

The door really stuck, no USB ports, the floor was filthy, holes in the sheets, not enough pillows, no paper towels in the kitchen. Have stayed at Extended Stay in Burbank and it was good - no problems so thought this would be the same.
