A lot of people that loitered in the parking lot, one night a stranger banged on my door and then proceeded to bang on every door down the hall. It was terrifying! Security just wasn't a priority. Also, I had stayed there for 16 days and housekeeping came on my last night! when they finally came, they took my full bag of my soda cans I had been collecting to be able to recycle! Customer Service Equitte There was a lack of professionalism, courtesy, decorum, respect... There was a nonchalant attitude toward any inquiries or concerns brought.. There was also information that should have been disclosed up front.. I,.e. housekeeping. There is definitely work to be done with providing outstanding customer service and overall better experience,. Active listening, Communication, manners.

Find another place to stay This is a very dirty property, the office was dirty the rooms were smelly and the bathroom of the room we were given had water damage above the shower. Overall, not a good place to stay. We left after the 1st night. The smell of the room was intolerable.

Expected Better for price The room had a musty smell, the restroom had an open soap bar and a dirty face towel left behind. The carpet was dirty with spots everywhere. AC worked good, iron good, fridge good. It was quiet and good night sleep.

We arrived in our room and it has not been cleaned. The staff was rude when we told them that the room wasnt clean. They said they didn't have anyone to clean it and said we can get a refund. But they never refunded us. It's the worst place and horrible customer service. We were left without a hotel room.

Temperature control on bathtub/shower did not work properly. While taking a shower it got extremely hot all of a sudden. Bath Towels were stained. Bedspread was stained. The room just didn’t give that clean feeling

Tried three remotes neither of them worked on the television set. The tub was very dirty and black. I wouldn’t even take a shower in it. It was so disgusting. I felt that the whole room wasn’t clean and I would like to have some money paid back because my time they was just horrible.
