Very loud traffic all night, old school decor & furniture from the 80's. Curtains didn't close all the way. Heater was very loud. Would not stay here again.

Bed hurt my back and neck card stopped working

The first room was just dirty, walls stained, chairs with food stains and crumbs, toilet seat broken thick 2 inch layer of dust all around carpet phone not working smoking detector missing and I could go on…. I asked to get moved to a different room the second room had blood in toilet seat and urine droppings, dining chairs were dirty bed frames dirty with gunk, phone once again not working plus more

I asked for a non-smoking room, and the rep told me it was non-smoking. It clearly had someone smoking in it.

Cheap and small room. Worst hotel/motel experience I’ve had. Smokers, upstairs noise, paper thin walls, mostly it was the other hotel guests made it feel like a total nightmare. Never again

Please save your money This room/facility was so bad that we checked out early and stayed elsewhere. It’s worse than a motel. It’s a shame because I love extended stays but this one was terrible. Very old building. Our door knob was broken, wooden floors were missing pieces, carpet was extremely dirty, couch had cigarette burn, bathtub had 2 huge areas of chipped coating and the room smelled sour. This is not a safe place for a family with a baby.

The room offered was not cleaned nor prepared for guests upon arrival. Sofa bed mattress is very old and had no linens. The family got sick with nausea and threw up… We had to clean up the room and bathroom

Trash, bugs and strangers at night Trash under the stairs, sketchy activities in the parking lot at night, insects in my room, no amenities- you have to request a hair dryer or coffee pot from the front desk which I didnt know on the first night of my business trip so I didnt have time to dry my hair. I will never stay at this hotel brand ever again.
