Outdated rooms. Uncomfortable bed. Shower floods bathroom. No hair dryer. Dusty.

Zero amenities in room. Not sure if we were in a bad area, but I have never been to a room that didn't come equipped with a hair dryer and coffee maker. Bathtub was disgusting - needs to be replaced or re-glazed. Wanted to take a bath, but no way was I getting in. No bedding for the pullout bed. The lady working when we arrived was nice, but she was all alone. She had to come to our room 4 different times that night to deliver things we didn't have (that should have been supplied in room).

The room smells and was not clean when I arrived. There were used towels under the sink and it does not feel clean. The staff were friendly but overall the room wasn’t satisfactory

While a coffee maker is available on request, guests are expected to procure their own sugar, creamer,etc. Coffee and condiments are the bare minimum one can expect in any hotel. Stove plate gave out huge amounts of smoke as soon as it was turned on. We had to open all windows and door to remove the smoke and smell. Dishes provided were dirty. Front desk assistant did not have access to email to print a document for me. He did not have access to add my email ID to my account for an emailed receipt. Overall, basic amenities a... read more

The price was reasonable. However, considering the pest issue, it's an overpriced "roach motel". I expected cleaner accommodations.

Stayed Friday to Sunday. New towel change or bedding changes. Room was 1 King bed and pull out sofa bed. The pull out sofa mattress was of very poor quality. The padding was worn down and coils were poking and uncomfortable

Slept the worst in a long time. Dismal run down room. Couldn’t find my reservation. No amenities in room like coffee or cups. Breakfast option was coffee and oatmeal, opened up late. A/C made loud noise every time it would cycle on.
