its took us 50 minutes to get the key, the front desk rap was no where to be found , then he give us a room that its stink from smoke , i came to compliane and agian he was no where to be found for another 20 minutes and fainely we got the room , my worse expirance

Absolutely disgusting Absolutely DISGUSTING. The smell of the room was so strong that we had to leave. The room reeked of cigarette and the pillows STANK of mildew. I travel alot and this was by far the most horrible room I’ve ever encountered. I went to the front desk and they gave me febreze. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car instead. Gross room and grounds were in terrible condition too. I will say that the front desk gentleman was very nice.

I had booked this room well in advance and the day of check in I was called by the front desk of the hotel telling me that room was sold because of a soccer tournament. I booked this room because my son was part of the tournament. We had to drive all the way home, and have to drive back to San Diego in the morning. Very big inconvenience
