Didn't know Extended Stay America's were such low quality hotels. Could have paid a couple dollars more for any other hotel in the area and had twice the quality. Haven't stayed in a place like that in a long time.

phami The refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor during my stay. The drawers were broken. The place was basically tacky. The AC did work however so it wasn't a total loss.

Being an extended stay you would think they would stock the kitchen with the essentials...coffee maker, silverware etc. You have to ask for it at the front desk and that's a whole other story. I've never encountered such a slow checkin. What should take 5 min max takes them 15-20 min. My carpet had nasty stains on it so I never walked barefoot, the water temp was difficult to get hot and there was no cold when you needed it(my son was playing in a soccer tournament and takes an ice bath after games) Luke warm cold water tend... read more

Other Extended Stays are Cleaner Carpet was dirty, with stains and other marks all over. Kitchen floor had sticky area from something that spilled. Have stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels, and they were much cleaner; this one was disappointing and would not be recommended.

Dirtiest hotel room I have ever been in. This is one of the worst traveling experiences of my life. If it hadn't been paid for already I would have left. Rug was stained. Sheets, bedding and towels were a dirty gray. Room smelled awful , like smoke but worse! Black hair on the floor and found in bed as well! I complained to the front desk and got absolutely no response. Spend a little more money and go right down the street to the holiday inn. Beautiful , clean hotel and very nice staff. Do not reccomend! I am giving this 2 stars because at LEAST the front desk employees were nice...however, unless this hotel is your last ditch effort, I DO NOT RECCOMEND STAYING HERE. The employees at the front desk were very kind and courteous, BUT the room was DISGUSTING to say the least!! As soon as we opened the door, the smell of Curry smacked us right in the face!! We didnt even inhabit the living room/kitchen quarters of our room, because it was so strong! Litterally no way of airing the room out because it was baked ... read more

Room for improvement Roomed reeked of cigarette smoke

Room condition was not good. Only 2 out of 6 lights in the room were working. Lamps weren't working. My mom stayed there for 3 days and housekeeping did not come once to clean and change towels.
