Clean bedding. There's a kitchen if u want to cook.

Sink clogged Been staying here a few times over the last few years. Surprised to see a new gate. Has there been problems with security? After I checked into the room and put my stuff away I was annoyed that the bathroom sink was clogged. I called the front desk to have someone unclog this but he said housecleaning/staff was away on the weekend and they couldn't fix this until Monday. Extended Stay America, San Jose The hotel was aweful. The room we reserved was a Queen bed w. sofa sleeper. When we opened the sofa sleeper it was like a sheet on top of bare matress coils. It didnt even have a blanket or comforter on it. Unbelievable! It was 10 pm when I realized this and addressed it with the front desk. The front desk attendant was rude. First thing he said was "How many people are there?" Then he said, " Nothing I can do, house keeping opens at 10 a.m." The tv didnt work well, it kept loosing the signal ... read more

Definitely not the place to go. Stove had only one small working burner. Hood fan did not work. Bathroom fan did not work. Television DID NOT WORK. After a six hour drive, just wanted to rest, eat, relax before getting back on the road. Extended Stay, below Sub-par conditions.

Felt very pushed to leave a "good review" by both the general manager who asked for a "10 star review" along with the document handed to us at check in requesting to do so as well. After check in gave the manager a list of things wrong with the room ensuring that we would not be held responsible. The list included three holes in the bathroom door, kitchen counter halfway removed from the wall, phone not working, and lamp not working. I always base my review on if I would come back and I definitely would not. The staff was rude. Everything in the room was loud from the microwave, sink, and bathroom light. The mattress was hard. I will never stay here especially because the staff was not welcoming.
