Horrible Place All the rooms had kitchenettes, but no utensils. No glasses, flatware, plates or anything. There isn't an ice machine in the entire hotel. They don't clean the rooms daily. The entire time I was there (from Monday to Friday) there wasn't any TV, nor Internet service. When I called down to the desk, they were rude about it. They said, "Didn't you see the note on the door. It said we were replacing the TV service." Yeah it did, but it didn't say there wasn't going to be service for an entire week. Awful, run down, stay away They tried to lmove me to a location 20 minutes south. Rooms are run down. Thermostat didn’t work. Old and thin bed covers. Awful management.

The worst, miserable experience Was planning on a brief night's stay and making own breakfast in room kitchen as we had to leave at 5:am to catch an early flight. Arrived in evening in time to watch last half of NBA play-off game on TV. Unfortunately hotel did not pay for HD cable service so had to watch out-of focus, partial screen. It got worse from there. Drapes wouldn't close so bright outdoor light in eyes all night. Then next morning, discovered shower would not come on!!! Had to try to bathe with a wash cloth in the s... read more

Outdated facility; room cleaning once every EIGHT days. Even though there was a kitchen in the room, there were not pots, plates and utensils as hotel manager said they could be stolen.

Hard to find a positive point I was expecting at least a good night's sleep paying all this money for this hotel. It was not possible! The room is dirty, TV does not work, AC does not work, there is no blanket, and on top of that it is not possible to close the window because the window curtain was short and it was not able to cover the whole window. I slept with the outside light on my face. Definitely, the worst hotel in the USA ever!

I was hopeful for my experience, based on other stays at Extended Stay America. However, I was quickly disappointed. While the outside looked nice enough, the inside looked outdated and harsh to the eye. All of that would be fine, except that I had purposely booked here for the two queen bed room (and paid extra compared to other hotels of the same caliber). Come to find out, they were "out of rooms with 2 queen beds" but they "upgraded" us to the room with a king and a sofa bed (If I had wanted that I could've booked at oth... read more

Unfortunately, We have a bad experience with this hotel the room that was assign to us had a few thinks wrong , the curtains are wrong size for the widow theirs not privacy on the room the bathroom door lack does not work pepople get stack inside the bathroom . bathroom door had a hole on lt very unsightly. When we complain the manager offer thumb tags to hold the curtains I thogh he was. Kitting but he came to the room and install thumb tags to hold the curtains . himself , bad bad , move room was dirty ..... I not comimg b... read more

Hotel staff over ride my reservation Hotel staff over ride my reservation from Expedia and gave my room to someone else. It was so terrible and annoying experience where in middle of the night I was looking for another hotel and was on call with Expedia for 2 hours.

Bugs and unrested. Super dirty Holes on the wall. Bug bites. 500 yards to metro train. Dirty. Toilet sometimes works. Didn’t get the room we booked instead switched to less accommodating room. Old socks found from previous guest. Counters and floors were dirty and dusty. Do not book this place even it’s last resort.
