Terrible experience Do not stay at Extended Stay America. Our flight got delayed and we got to the hotel about 11 PM. The hotel was locked shut and nobody would even answer the phone. We called Hotels.com and Extended Stay America did answer Hotels.com call and told them that somebody will come and let us in. We waited till 12:30 AM and nobody showed up. We had to find another hotel at that hour in that neighborhood. Extended Stay America refused to credit Hotels.com and therefore we lost the money and we were very tired aft... read more

Overall the room was spacious and relatively clean. Disappointments were: Free Breakfast was coffee, instant oatmeal or a granola bar, no fitness room, no pool, no ice machines, refrigerator and A/C units were noisy, hallways were dirty, my in-law's room TV kept freezing up especially during the Dodger game. Last time we stay at a Extended Stay America property.

breakfast to go was one of the wore one i ever seen, small lobby with 2 coffee pot dirty counter tiny breakfast bar, nothing else , shower didn't have shampoo or conditioner. not going to stay there anymore.

Gross bedsheets Horrible service after I told them what I showed them about their bedsheets and phone. I do not want room upgrade the next time I stay, which the manager offer after what I saw on the bed. I had to use a towel on top of the bed to feel slightly better.

The hotel was dirty and very stinky quite frankly I wasted 160$ And they should be paying people to stay there.

DIrty but damaged They upgraded me to a suite room when I complained about the filth and damage in the first room. The up grade room was better but still not good. I would never stay there again.
