Awful smell in the room. Was told not to put toilet paper in the toilet because they have old plumbing

Yikes The breakfast was a lie, it's coffee and some stale cereal bars. There was a bag of dirty clothes in my pull-out bed. The staff threatened to charge me 25$ to check in unless I gave them a good review on google maps Calling a 300 SQ FT room a suite is a joke. It was quiet, but the area was not safe-- the huge amount of gates around the hotel made that clear

Breakfast available is only packaged muffins, granola bars and coffee. Nobody at front desk until 7am.

Entrance was closed, Dirty toilet. No shampoo. Staff was arrogant too. Very bad experience.

Terrible experience Do not stay at Extended Stay America. Our flight got delayed and we got to the hotel about 11 PM. The hotel was locked shut and nobody would even answer the phone. We called Hotels.com and Extended Stay America did answer Hotels.com call and told them that somebody will come and let us in. We waited till 12:30 AM and nobody showed up. Overall the room was spacious and relatively clean. Disappointments were: Free Breakfast was coffee, instant oatmeal or a granola bar, no fitness room, no pool, no ice machines, refrigerator and A/C units were noisy, hallways were dirty, my in-law's room TV kept freezing up especially during the Dodger game. Last time we stay at a Extended Stay America property.

breakfast to go was one of the wore one i ever seen, small lobby with 2 coffee pot dirty counter tiny breakfast bar, nothing else , shower didn't have shampoo or conditioner. not going to stay there anymore.
