The manager working there was so rude i felt i have done mistake in booking extended stay and even to some extent i felt even expedia even did not help me sort out the issue. I have lost hope on both. Over phone expedia team and extended stay manager spoke and did not resolve the issue. Instead they said it is policy. What does they meant as policy. If WiFi did not work you should not ask them. That is there policy. It does not make any sense. They did not expose some such stupid polciies when we book the room. I was helples... read more

The hotel front desk closes at 11:00 pm. I arrived after midnight. There was no one there to check me in and give me my room key. The after hours phone in the lobby only would connect to the Extended Stay America central reservations - not to someone on the property. After 45 minutes of trying to reach someone, I gave up and went to a different hotel in the area. Unbelievable!! I have been traveling on business for almost 40 years and have never run into this issue before.

The whole experience of me coming to this hotel Wasa nightmare. The check in process was so slow. The man unfortunately didn't really know what he was doing. He had me write all my information down and he Ben write my debit card information which I did not like. The room was a whole other nightmare. It was so dirty. The bed was not made. There was trash all over the counter. The bathroom was disgusting. I took pictures of all of it. It was so bad I didn't even want a new room at the hotel. We felt unsafe and could not sleep all night. You can hear people talking and doors slamming throughout the night. There was an alertercation above our room, I called the office many times using my cell phone because the phone in the room was unplugged, and it got to a point where it sounded as if someone was being tossed across the room after numerous of calls to the office. old building, dark, smelly, bathroom smelled like cigarette. Security guard in the morning was not very friendly, he was in charge of taking messages since there was nobody in the lobby at 6:30 AM, I tried to talk to him and he was short and impatient. The room was ok but very plane and old looking

Less than good The room was a bare bones hotel room. I have never stayed in an Extended Stay place prior. When I checked in, I went to the room briefly as I had a meeting to get to. Later when I returned I noticed that the bathroom door was missing one of its three hinges and the other two were just barely attached to the door jam. In the morning I reported that to the front desk. Under the bathroom sink there is a shelf. I accidently hit it with my ankle and the shelf feel off the wall. Very poor maintenance.
