A queen is not a king It was just a average hotel, but the room I was given had not been cleaned since it’s last guest. Sheets were dirty and not on bed correctly, pillows laid around the room, garbAge in the trash bins and dirty towels on the floor. I went to switch rooms and the room the manager gave me then was a queen size bed. The room was clean but smelly (not good smell) First time I stayed at Extended Stay America hotel and it was very disappointing. No room service and shuttle service.

I didn't stay here since my reservation was cancelled. I wasn't notified until after I made the 150 mile drive and tried to check in.

the office was vacant, no one was there when i came to check in, I had to wait ~10 minutes.

Uncomfortable and noisy Noisy, terrible beds, had to wait forever to get a room as they were overbooked. Breakfast is bad.

最低！ 全部で4部屋予約していましたが、別のグループのフライトがキャンセルになったとかで滞在が延び部屋がないと言われた。二部屋は確保できたが一人は15分離れたところ、もう一人は45分も離れた所に変更されていた。一度はタクシー代を出すと言ったが結局、タクシー代は出してもらえず、夜中の12時過ぎに自力で移動する羽目に。サードパーティで予約したからしょうがないと説明された。このホテルはやめたほうがいいと思います。

最低！ここを利用するのはやめた方がいい！ hotel.comを通じて予約したが、当日は全日からの宿泊客の延泊に伴い部屋がなくなった。サードパーティーで予約したあなたの部屋はないと断られた。結局、30kmほど離れたホテルにいけと言われた。一度はタクシー代を出すと言ったが担当者が変わるとタクシー代をは出せないと態度急変。一時間以上交渉して予定していた翌日のhotel代を0円にすることで決着。合意して初めてすみません、と。サードパーティーで予約した客は最低の扱いを受けるので、二度と予約しません。

Simple Hotel We stayed one night and felt disappointed with the staff. The attendant at the front desk was rude to the guest checking in before us and was very short with us. I had also booked a queen size bed and got a full size, I didn't bother to complain since it was only one night and I didn't want to deal with the attendant. The hotel is very central with just a $10 uber ride to downtown. I felt safe as doors are locked after hours.
