Least satisfied stay ever The front desk lady was terribly rude and unkind. Bed sheets and blankets were badly stained and no housekeeping done during my stay. No compliment water was provided. I just wouldn't recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone.

Infestation they gave us room 302 that had bad bugs we checked Ravi the manager is very rude - we booked this hotel because they said it had kitchen - when said to Ravie stove doesn't his response to me was what you want me to do , I said provide me with a working stove than he insulted me by saying who goes on vacation to cook my response to him was why do you have a hotel if you don't want gust to cook? hotel advertised to serve breakfast, its only prepackaged muffin -and if you are not there early enough good luck getting... read more

Hotel in need of remodeling. Toilet in room would not flush properly; had to immediately ask for someone to come to the room to fix it. Shower dripped heavily all night, even when completely off. T.V. remote did not work, there was no clock anywhere in the room and no tissue anywhere in the room. Was only staying there the one night, so there was no need to change rooms, which they did offer.

This hotel was dirty and not accommodating I booked this hotel because I thought it was convenient to the location of our plans this weekend. When I checked in I realized the hotel preference we choose was not available. I was told by the hotel it was Expedia's fault. Since it was too late to go to another hotel, we stayed. The hotel was also going through renovations. I wasn't aware of this beforehand. The hallways were filthy and there were visible holes and dust everywhere and it was just dirty. Will not stay again. Pulled the sheets and there was body hair on the bed. Bathroom was not very clean. Stains on the towels. Water leak patch on the ceiling that looked like it was ready to pop. The floor in the kitchen was not leveled.

Uncomfortable interaction with staff When I arrived to the hotel the other evening, I walked into a verbal altercation between two guests and two staff members(shift manager and security guard) . The staff did not have ID badges and were unequipt to deal appropriately with the conflict; shouting at customers, blaming, and refusing to give their information at first. Wifi was very slow, no breakfast, and room had a fishy odor
