Bedding was not clean. The sofa bed had chip crumbs on it and no bedding whatsoever

Smh It took about an hour to get a room after check in.....they had to switch rooms 3 times...the first room would not open....thw second room was undwr constriction......the pwrson at front desk didnt seem to know what he was doing...horrible experience

Never booking again To start off, I came in at around 1am to check in and the guy at the front desk(who also may have been a janitor?? Short on staff?) informed me I’d have to wait 20 minutes to an hour for my room because the system wasn’t working. We reserved a king size bed with a sofa/living space. My partner and I waited the full hour for the room and when we got to the room, I was completely unsatisfied to see the way the room was furnished. Kicked out in the congested air of wildfires I wasn't very happy with the front desk help having a policy of my brother needing I.D. so my brother can stay and so he brought me lunch front desk thought that I was trying to sneak him in and kicked me out! So i dont know how my stay was because i was kicked out in the conjested night of wild fires. I would appreciate a full refund!?
