Bad beds & showers. Gor the price of the room during a weekday they definitely need to upgrade their mattresses & shower heads. The bed was so uncomfortable I dont think I have ever gotten such an uncomfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was so bad that I felt like I still had soap on me even after rinsing multiple times. And advertising free breakfast & only having coffee, muffins & oatmeal is definitely not breakfast. Will be marking this off my list of acceptable places to stay.

There was a cockroach in the room! For breakfast, only cereal bar was available.(Some days, missing muffin) Water flaush of the toilet had smoe leakage(always running little water leakage).

As we entered... the room was very clean and smelled great. no problems there... We wanted to take a bath, the bath tub had no stopper.... needed ice... no ice machine. In the morning, it took over an hour to cook scrambled eggs because the cook top would not get hot.... I literally could put my hand on the burner at the hottest temp setting.

It was a traumatic experience. The whole place smells really bad. The pillowcases were dirty with sweat smell. The sheets had stains, and the hallways were dirty with garbage accumulated in the cornerstone. There was no manager to help the poor guy in the front desk. I tried 3 different rooms, and they all were bad.
