Disappointing My room was a dump. Warped floors that I kept tripping over. No television service. Front desk could have informed guests at check-in that their TV service was out but they chose to post notices on room doors instead. After a long day working in San Jose I was looking forward to some TV time. If I had known TV service was out (for several days), I wouldn't have checked in. Frankly I've stayed in nicer rooms at Motel 6. The room was dingy, dated, dirty with warped flooring.

Pictures make it look nicer than what it is. Area was busy. Street noise bothersome. Peeling trim in bathroom. Kitchen clean but outdated. No staff before 7 am for checkout so no receipt. Basket of muffins or granola bars at desk. No coffee in room. The price was high for a mediocre facility. Would not recommend. Any construction workers staying and may be okay but not some place I would stay again.

I was completely disappointed. There was no service unless you paid for it. You had to get your own towels if you wanted more. The halls were dark and dank. There were no dishes or coffee pot in the room; you had to ask for them. A Residence Inn by Marriott is so much better. I won't stay at another Extended Stay if this is the norm.

We appreciated the look of the exterior and security gate. Plus the friendly staff. Upon check in however, we found hair on our sheets and inside the dresser. Gross! Staff member quickly apologized and moved us to another room. Interior needs updating.

It was terrible. The bed is so dirty. The stole does not work. The food is so bad. Front desk are not friendly. Never stay at this hotel again.
