regretted nothing worked in the room. No rod for toilet tpaper. hook . for hanging clothes in tthe bathroom was broken. No hangers No coffee maker. no pots and pans in the room, had to get them from downstairs. No kittchen cleaner, no sponges Overall horrible experience

Worst experience ever air conditioning was working there Buncha pincher bugs room wasn’t clean bed was really uncomfortable and it was to loud

Waited 30 minutes for someone to help me check in

Worn out, dingy, disappointing. Worn out room. Walking down hallway was like an old dorm. The carpet was sticky. Kept socks on whole time. Bathroom is old, water damaged floor, toilet flushes poorly and even mirror offset from sink so you stand in between sink and toilet. Small tv with poor interface. No dishes until you ask for them. Light proof drapes but no sheet to allow light while keeping privacy. Useless “breakfast”. Just coffe and packaged small muffintiff bed. Even had a light plug broken in the socket

If it's the cheapest place around then it's fine. Hotel was an average place not bad or good but the worst one I have been to in a few years (I use a hotel about three times a year). No host was up front on initial walk in, the cleaning lady had to call them. We had a suite and there was nothing in there, no utensils, glasses, etc, not even paper ones or ice bucket. Disappointed stay There was cockroaches on the countertop in the kitchen!!! We asked for 2 cups, look at the picture, they can't even find 2 cups that looks the same!!!!! The coffeemaker was so dirty that we had to boil some hot water to sanitize it. But, it's broken. The water was leaking everywhere. They finally gave us a new coffeemaker...... Some guests were smoking and partying until 1 am but the staff didn't talk to them. This is a dangerous hotel to stay.

Couldn’t get in the fences for check in. Couldn’t get contact to communicate with staff in hotel & waited 30 min in rain & dark because gate not open.
