Never again As soon as i walked in, i smelled sewer. Front desk was pretty snutty when i asked for something. This hotel isn’t worth $200 a night

Although I have booked a reservation .. it seems to have been cancelled by the time we went . We went around 12 AM .. the customer care of the hotel was not able properly guide is on what went wrong

Mom The property was not clean the room had nothing in it and we had to ask for things like coffee and coffee pot and cups.

Nothing! The Expedia website for this property states that it is 1 mile from the SAP Arena that is why we choose this venue so we could walk to the Arena. It is almost 4 miles from the SAP Arena and we spent more money on UBER than we had anticipated. Walking on the property I stepped off a curb and hurt my knee...would you believe they have no ice? Didn't even have a first aid kit with the ice packs! I would never recommend this hotel!

I asked the staff to bring a blanket and she said she would tell a housekeeper. But I didn’t get it. And I expected housekeeping because I stayed there more than 7 days. But I didn’t get it. When I got complimentary coffee, the cup was broken and it spilled on me.

The first, the front took copy of my drivers licenses and credit card front and back since there was nobody there knows how to use credit card machine and they refuses me to back the copy when I was checking out. So I know if my identity was stolen who to go. Second there was blood on my towel which was I am sure biohazards. On top of malfunctioning drain in shower tab that do not drain. As budget motels go - this one blows There's no way into the hotel except via a locked gate with a buzzer. If no one answers the buzzer you don't get in.

Our 1st and last to stay at this place.was filthy, bathroom door broken, bed was squicky. Would not go back again hotel needs a lot of face lift.
