Ick Checked in late, so only given key by night staff. Not "registered" so no wifi access. Toilet still full of cleaner, flecks of fecal matter on the seat. Trash not emptied from last guest, carton of milk from who knows when in the fridge. Complained to manager on check out and was basically told too bad which caused me to lose my cool and curse him out. Told to leave without my receipt because he didn't want to be cursed at about his lousy hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else.

Don't stay at dump hole The room was dirty shower looked as it has not been clean at all in mo very dark ring around it and still soap in it from previous person. Then there was the bathroom sink dirty and clogged we ask can the fix or give us a plunger the girl said no . We can leave if we want with no refund . I end up buying draining myself and a plunger needless to say only towels were clean I think. WORST hotel stay of my life Words can't express how awful this hotel is. The staff was rude, both girls. We were here for an evening business conference so all we really needed was a place to sleep before our flight home the next morning. We immediately saw the dirty sheets. I'm not talking just a little dirt, it was disgusting. We called the front desk to have them changed. Her response "they are in the dryer, I'll do that when they are done". stinky, dirty, wrong amenities. awful, the hotel smelled of smoke, you have to request cooking utensils. the did not have a pool, or workout facility. when I had booked the hotel I was informed they DO have it. apparently it the extended stay literally right next door.

They did not have a room available for me saying hotels.com over booked them. I had to wait a long time for them to get a room ready. Was not clean. I had to clorox wipe restroom. Never again. We stayed because it was late and no where else to go.

Terrible Dirty rooms. Whole first floor smells like marijuana. Staff at front desk are disrespectful. No one at front desk 80% of the time. Vending machine does not work. Was no remote in my room because it was stolen. TV in my room went in and out of working the entire stay. Watched a customer jump over the front desk and steal a coffee maker because nobody was there or available!
