Worse experience ever Worse place ever we have stay in the was no front desk associate we had to call the 1-800 number took and hour to get some to check us in only to find out there no rooms available they send us to the north building where the front lady claim there no cleaning personal so she had to left the front desk to clean the room that was given to us only to find out the room smelled like cigarette no tv working or even towels to take a shower after all this we try to talk to a manager but the front desk lady said... read more

it's practically a halfway house...too many homeless people hanging out there

Worst hotel ever For a $150 a night I expected more. There were empty cans on the window sill, Items on the floor not swept up, the faucet on the shower was rusted and the bed covers were badly stained. There is no maid service unless you are staying there for at least 8 days, something I didn't notice any information that I saw on the hotel itself. I will never stay at one of these hotels again.

Worse stay ever an absolute Rip off for price Too bad you don't allow pictures ! 1. Cobb webs throughout 2 huge spider sitting on towels 3. Clock unplugged used bandaid sitting next to plug 4 sink wound not drain 5 filter above stove hanging down 6 huge black hair on stove top 7. Check in was a mess no rooms avalable

Outside appearances are deceiving. I booked 2 rooms for a 2 night stay so that myself and other family could be near the hospital for the birth of our grandbaby. From the outside, the place looked fine. Once in my room, I was bothered by the appearance of my room. It did not look like it had been cleaned. I immediately went down to the desk to mention this. Pretty horrible place to stay The staff was incredibly rude when we checked in, to us and customers in the phone. The first room we got was a refurbished non smoking room that still smelled like cigarettes really bad so we changed rooms and the second room had a terrible rotten odor that we found out was a really old McDonald's bag with food under the sink. The floors were greasy and gross and the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Would never stay here again. Horrible experience.

Terrible dirty and expensive Very untidy room. Bedsheets were not changed. Someone had left empty wine bottle

good location for our trip not to happy with the conditions of the room, not too clean bathroom was dirty, no towels had to ask for them.
