services was horrible. The room was not really clean.

Filthy, smelly, stay away. Staff friendly though. Literally the filthiest place I have ever stayed, and I've done a lot of travelling. The front desk woman was lovely when I arrived, and trying her best to serve the huge line of guests with issues that were challenging her. However, management had not scheduled any coworkers to assist her on her shift, apparently. This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in!! We had to have our refrigerator replaced, there were no trash cans in the room, went to iron my clothes and there was no iron, did not get house cleaning (was only there 2 days) dishes and trash were left in the hall way the whole time I was there they were never cleaned up. Bed mattress had stains on it... And every time I went by the front desk there was always somebody up there complaining about something!! NO A/C IN THE MIDDEL OF SUMMER! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THERE WAS NO A/C! NOT HELPFUL AND GETTING TRANSFERRING ME TO ANOTHER ROOM.

Looks can be deceiving The pictures for this hotel make it look like it is clean and well kept. The truth is that they don't clean. When we checked in there was trash and dirty dishes in the hallway along with a half full carton of milk. This stayed there for two days and when I complained about it they only picked some of it up. My room had empty chip bags stuffed between the head of the bed and the wall and the toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet bowl.

Will never stay here again First off, there are two Extended Stay hotels right next to eachother. Apparently they are sepratly owned. I've stayed at "South" which was fine, and didnt know they were different. Everything was off about this hotel, from the hypodermic needle we saw in the parking lot, to the dirty dishes and trash in the hallway that never got picked up. Not recommend I won't recommend to stay here. The hotel lobby and the room were not attractive. It looks old. The bath room sink was clogged and cracked. This is the first time we stay with Extended Stay America. Very disappointed. I properly will not book with Extended Stay America in the future. also, There was not breakfast as it described. :(

dirty bathroom... twin bed room을 빌렸었는데 방은 큰데 청결 상태가 나쁩니다. 욕조 배수구 청소가 되어 있지 않고 머리카락이 잔뜩 끼어 배수가 잘 되지 않았던 충격적인 현상을 목격했습니다. 3박 동안 house keeping도 없었습니다. 서비스는 나쁘진 않았었는데 카운터에 사람이 잘 없습니다. 가격도 싸지 않아 가격 대비 불만족 입니다. 아참, 무료 wifi도 지원은 하는데 속도가 엄청 느립니다. 자주 끊기기 까지 하구요. 차라리 근처에 있는 mari
