Dirty hotel with lots of promises with out deliver The worst hotel I've been in the last 15 years Dirty promised breakfast and it's cup cake and coffee only Kitchen has nothing Little insects in the room very dirty Fridge inside the room sounds like old washing machine Told the staff all that but no one listened

Don't stay or you will extend yourself to hell This has to be one of the worst extended stays I have ever resided in. The room smelt like dirty butt and the hotelsecond work force was just as dirty. My girlfriend dropped something under the bed and as we both looked under the bed we discovered a bloody used tampex tampon. When we brought this to the GM all he could say was sorry I will clean it... not comforting.

The hallway is dirty and odor of cigarettes and pots are strong. Staffs are not friendly and was rude when asking for extra pillows. It is absurd for the amount they charged. Will never stay here again

Disappointed about Staff and Cleanliness Arrived in the hotel lobby and waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and check me in. When I got into the room, there was hair in the shower, the curtain rod was hardly attached to the wall, and there was also hair on the "freshly made" bed. Bed was stiff. In the morning, was unable to find staff to get a receipt and return keycards.

This was the absolute worst hotel Ever. The room was dirty upon arrival, cat food under counter, dirty dishes, food in frig. bedding dirty. Bathroom not clean trash in the hallway and the entire floor smelled like smoke. Non-smoking floors on same floor as smoking. I informed the hotel staff of my rooms uncleanliness and assumed it would be cleaned the next day. When I returned from my outing with my family the room was still dirty. Dirty and unsanitary As I got my room keys I was going up the elevator, the elevator seemed unsafe. As soon so I stepped out of the elevator I noticed trash all along the hallway just about outside every room which gave an awful smell as well. Once I got inside my room, there was no A/C, the beds looked like someone had just finished sleeping in them and no room service was done in order for a new customer to sleep in that room. awful No one at counter upon arrival. Finally when they came they were short and rude. There were a dozen or more workers hooting and hollering in the small reception area. The staff did nothing to ask them to quiet or go outside. I could not even here. When I got into the room it was dirty. There was some sort of liquid on the bathroom floor and only 2 towels. REALLY BAD Called them to confirm my reservation and they confirmed with me. I even callled againm an hour before arriving hotel, to notify I was going to make a late check in, and they even confirmed that. Arrived 3 in the morning and when I went in to check in with the receptionist, she said all rooms were taken. I even told her that she confirmed with me one hour before, and she said she was not able to do anything. So I left and found another hotel like 20 minutes away from there. What a dump! When we arrived at the hotel, we had reserved a king non-smoking, she tried to give us a king smoking. When we refused that, she said all she had was a queen non-smoking. When she saw we had an Expedia reservation (not prepaid though), her statement was "that's the problem with you people that book through Expedia" OK. The lobby had a smell to it.
