I stayed their around seven days. There are no housing keeping for your room every day and please don't think too much of the free breakfast, it's worst.

North extended stay - 2 thumbs down The first room was a mess. Second room - leaking refrigerator, bathroom sink clogged, no plug for tub to take a bath. Key had to be replaced every 2 uses. Kids partying on stairs, loud arguments in the hallway, hookers hanging around the parking lot. couldn't use wifi, wrong password and no one knew the right password. Front desk people very friendly, but lobby was trashy. We normally stay at extended stay south which is next door to extended stay north. Overall North - rundown and tacky.

Didn't get breakfast that was purchased with our stay

We arrived at the hotel at midnight after flight delays at 12:30 a.m. on 11/23 only to ring the bell to get in and stand in the lobby for 1/2 hour until a guest let us in, then we waited for anotger 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Once we got in our room, we found someone's underwear in the drawers, what appeared as blood stains on the carpet and the room was dusty and dirty. At 12:30 in the morning on the 25th the smoke alarms went off and we had to evacuate until firefighters cleared for us to go back ... read more

Waste of money! It was bad experience, staff was not welcoming at all. I called reception because AC was not working and they didn't even knock my door, just walked right into the room with master key!!

In clean, smelly, no security, real bad lighting. Out dated, funky smells badly and dirty. Owners need to be fined, and past years funds need to be paid back to past renters. This is the worst hotel in San Jose, Ca.

Dirty underneath bed and bathroom Very dirty allaround, dropped something and it went underneath the bed and there was bottles and trash and under the sink there was trash also

Lack of Water The room was clean, but not what I was expecting. It had a full kitchen, but no pots & pans, silverware, cups, paper towels, nothing but empty cupboards. It was difficult getting more shampoo, about an hour. The water was shut off in the middle of the night, so after taking care of my morning business and the toilet wouldn't flush, I was a bit disappointed. A

The rooms are very thin you hear neighbors easily Getting the staff to his knowledge your presence in the lobby was almost impossible when I arrived. The continental breakfast that they advertise consist of coffee and some granola bars but I had to ask another guest to find out about that There were no dishes pots pans anything in the kitchen area I had to go and ask that the next day The rooms are very thin walled and you can hear every kid crying on the floor you're on
