Never stay at this location The was thee worst run hotel I have ever stayed at in the entire life. It was very very sad that the parent company has no idea what class of people run it. I wudnt stay there again if they paid me to.

bad experience, overbook rooms I book two bed, when I arrive to the hotel was overbook, I finished be slpeeping on the sofa

Out of luck in the mornings I was nearby family to visit. I was told there would be a continental breakfast and coffee; both mornings at 7 am. Nothing. It was wiped out; just nothing. The desk clerk who looked 17 yrs old could've cared less. The staff was obviously we're bored and hated their jobs.

Not like any extended stay hotel I have ever been When I arrived at this hotel I was less that pleased with the appearance. Pieces of food and trash were strewn all over the lobby and the furniture was tattered. It reminded me of the hotels on cop shows where the snitches and criminals hide out. When I tried to check-in at check-in time, I was told no clean rooms were available since they didn't have a housekeeper. I asked when a room would be available and was told they didn't know. Worst experience..all around I got there about 8:00 PM; was told by the receptionist that the room was not cleaned yet and it would be 30-45 minutes. I was going to sit down on the couch in the lobby, but after taking a look, decided I would catch some sort of infection if I did. I could only imagine what the room would be like. She then went to 'check' on the room...returning. told me it would be another 45 minutes to an hour...the time was close to 9 PM.Stay away from this place! I left the place as soon as I could.
Terrible Only stayed here because it was a last minute business trip and it was the best of a limited number of options with availability on such short notice in the area. I went in with very low expectations and was still disappointed. The first room I was sent to had not been cleaned yet. After going back down to the desk I was sent to a second room. Got skin rash and bed bug bites on bung hole!! Felt like I got herpes these places r filthy and disgusting...never again..no Staff after midnight got stuck outside for hours
HORRIBLE Upon entering my room there was a horrible stench. in addition the bathroom sink was full of shaved hair to which I took pictures. We had no towels. This was a non-smoking room yet there were cigarettes on the nightstand. There were also men's clothes on the side of the bed and the telephone didn't work.
