Got smoking room for non-smoking reservation The staff told me that there's nothing they can do and if I want 15% off compensation, I have to talk to expedia

You get what you pay for, I guess The back door to the hotel wouldn't latch shut, providing no security. Pink stains in the tub from stagnant water, and the shower didn't work only the tub faucet

Filthy First room had a dirty diaper in the bathroom. Had remnants of soda or alcohol on the wall by the headboard. Switched rooms compliments of Haley (?), who was great in doing her best to make things better. However the suite was also dirty. There was a used toothbrush in the bathroom, hair everywhere. And the halls wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana even though it was a non smoking floor. Dust and dirt caked in spots on the floor. Just filthy. Would've paid the extra $40 to stay at a nicer hotel.

I made reservation, had to put in wife's name cause she was coming early.wouldn't give me key cause reservation was in her name. No ice machine????

Close to stores It was ok needs to be cheaper too expensive.i have nothing else too mention

not the best stay I waited almost 25 minutes to check in. There was only one person ahead of me. The receptionists didn't look professionals. the hallway smelled really bad. the bed was not comfy at all. The AC made noise the whole time I was there. Just not the best hotel I have stayed at.

Expected more I spent 3 nights at this place and I wasn't pleased. First and foremost, most if not all of the rooms are suites. Normally you would expect cookware in the room to use. Not at this place, you have to run to the front desk and take them to your room yourself. You only get housekeeping if you pay for it. During our stay the fire alarm went off for about 10 minutes. Unpleasant Horrible. Bed was uncomfortable. No blow dyer in the room, you have to go to the front desk to get one.

In a pinch The room layout is comfortable and meets need for a restful night. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out, the back of the toilet tank dripped and there were stains on the comforter that could not be removed by laundering (old products). Access to the freeway and availability makes it a good choice in a pinch if, you don't plan to keep food in the room.
