Very disappointed for the money paid. Bad experience. The room was on the 1st floor but the window could not be locked. It was jammed. I could not sleep the whole night due to this. The pillow was dirty. The bathtub was clogged. Talked to the front desk. They said they could not do anything. Their reasons were short of staffs in housekeeping and no othrer room available. Won't ever come back!

Nasties place ever Dirty sheets and pillow covers, trash on the room floor, toilet peper on the trash bucket from last person, no cooking utensils in the room... but you guys have to see it to belive it...

So gross. Too dirty. I was sent to "my" room twice only to open the door with my key and both times someone was already in the room . VERY embarrassing! Third room she personally got ready for me. Third room was so dirty and had no towels or bathroom soaps. I'm suspicious the room wasn't ready and still dirty from last guest.

Won't stay here again The hotel lobby was falling apart. There was trash in the hallways. Was not thrilled with the service when I checked in. Stayed in the room for 3 days, never saw the room cleaned even once.

Dirty Dirty not recommended, lucky we bought sleeping bag along. Sheets and pillows are dirty cannot use them. The hallway and room smell bad.

Basic Hotel Stay Extended Stay America is a good for the basics hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. The noise levels were high throughout the night. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Dirty hotel The toilet seat had stains was not cleanes properly, also got clogged up. When i took a shower the water would no drain also got clogged. Very noisy, the blankets had black stains on them I will never stay @ this hotel again

Ok to stay, cheaper Hotel, recommend for short sta Hotel did not have very good towels, they didn't have any pots and pans to cook, and breakfast choices were limited.
