The Ac was broken and they were not able to fix it and I did not get reimbursed for anything.

Not happy at all First of all they said the beds were Queen size not true they were full size beds the night was very uncomfortable.

Only if you Must Staff nice I stayed only because I was traveling with a 6 pound rescue. The paint was peeling corners dirty, I could hear the TV in the room behind my bed until after midnight, then at 2am a woman yelling in the hall had I not been alone I'd have left then.The oder in the hallway at 6am was awful the lady who checked me in was kind tho

HORRIBLE!! Couldn’t get checked in even though we had confirmed reservations through Expedia!! They made us wait in the lobby for an hour at 1am!! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
Not good Difficulty communicating with the clerk. She wasn't answering questions as asked. The elevator had a bunch of dog hair in it, looked like a dog was trimmed inside of it. We get to our room and the toilet was dirty inside and the toilet seat was falling off. We asked for another room and was told that there weren't any. No ice machine. I went to the clerk and asked about a ice machine and was told that there is a Wall Mart around the corner or fill ice trays.

Worn down facility. Peeling tubb, musty room, loud AC, flies around check in desk, rat bait boxes around the perimeter of the building
