First that I want to say is that they do not hold the rooms that are reserved in advance.I traveled a long way to get there and my room was not available and was offer to go stay at another hotel. I said no my event was in the city. then so i had to get a 1 queen bed and the room smelt bad. Now next day i had to waste half of my day in order to get my correct room and that was not nice as i had plans to go to San Francisco, But couldn't do that cuz i was waiting for my correct room. Property on site as far as location was ok. The lobby looks like it was not clean for the day, at the time of our check in.

Sleepless in Morgan Hill~Mushroom Mardi Gras visit After driving 7 hours to our destination, we were almost there, about 5 miles from the hotel. It was 9 pm when I got a call from Hotels.com letting me know that extended stay gave away my room.FOR NO REASON!!!!!!! maybe I didn't check in soon enough for them- who knows, Had to pull over on the side of the freeway for an hour while Hotels.com found me another room 10 miles away from where I wanted to be!
