Thank you Ivan at the front desk for starting our stay off right! After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical to say the least but after Ivan gave us an extremely smooth check in I felt much better about choosing Extended stay Santa Clara! Thanks Ivan👍

Basic hotel not much amenities Room was ok, not much in room, only basics. No shampoo, no cups, no ice in hotel.

The pictures are completely deceiving. The rooms are old. The amenities are old. The staff was very nice and kind. They allowed us for an early check in. We had to switch the room because the smoke detector kept beeping and the thermostat was out of battery. The front desk lady immediately offered to switch our room.

😑 When we initially got to the room there were no towels. We asked the front desk and they were so rude about it as if we were not being honest about not having towels to shower with or dry off with. Customer service was not good at all. The woman was very friendly but the two men were very rude and disengaged.
